CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Lash Appointments • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lash service. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Lash Classes & Training (Academy Policy) Due to limited seating, preparation, and kit allocation: • All class payments are non-refundable. • Classes cannot be canceled within 7 days of the scheduled class date. • One reschedule may be permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. • Rescheduled classes must be used within 90 days of the original class date. • No-shows for classes forfeit all payments and kits. Emergencies True emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed. Agreement By booking an appointment or enrolling in a class, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
